Battle of the Alamo Chess set

This set celebrates the famous battle that took place at the Texas Alamo Fort in 1836. An army of 4000 Mexican troops led by General Santa Anna besieged and attacked the Alamo Fort which was defended by 182 Texas volunteers. There is one of these sets displayed at the Alamo Museum in Texas.

Handmade from Old English Soldier Metal (a pewter-like alloy) and then beautifully hand painted. KING HEIGHT 5 1/2"

Requires a board with 2" to 2-1/8" squares (not included).

Suitable boards include: H401, H402, H501, H502, H805B, C208, C505 and others.
